Shipping & Returns

Our studio is based in Sweden and we ship to Sweden, most of Europe and many international regions. If there is no shipping option available for your location, please contact us at contact@littlephant.com


Our prices are shown in SEK inclusive of Swedish taxes by default. If you are located outside of Sweden, taxes will be removed from our pricing when you select a new currency in the header bar; or at checkout once an international address is entered.


Your local taxes and any applicable import duties fees will then be charged to you by the courier on delivery. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information regarding taxes, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.


Your purchase of any of the products offered on the Site is subject to this Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and Terms of Service (together the Terms) and by placing an order for any product you agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time by changing them on the Site, although no such change will affect any order you have already placed with us.

Ordering

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation from us that we have received your order, stating your reference number. Please note this does not mean that your order has been accepted. When we accept your order, we will confirm it by sending you a Shipping confirmation that your order has been shipped together with your tracking number.



Large quantities & big items

If you would like to order a large quantity of any product or a large item, for example a full roll of fabric or several boxes of wallpaper, please contact Trade@littlephant.com. Shipping charges may change and be calculated according to weight, size and shipping method.



Fabrics

Our fabric orders are carefully cut by hand in our Studio in Stockholm. If you are a private customer or a business and would like to have your fabric delivered on a roll, no matter the purchased quantity, please contact us for the arrangement of this and adjustment of shipping fee. If not specified to us, fabrics are cut and folded to be sent flat packed and delivered in a box.



Cushions

Please note that the cushion insert is not included in the price and all online cushion orders are shipped without insert.



Bespoke items

Our Bed head boards and Studio hand made quilts are two examples of bespoke items that we make. Please get in touch if you would like to find out more about how to order and what is available and possible to make. contact@littlephant.com


Furniture items are available to ship within Sweden only. All items are final sale. For ordering furniture please contact us for delivery options and shipping fees, contact@littlephant.com



Toys

Our toys are only sold and shipped within Europe and are all CE certified.



Product accuracy

For textiles and wallpaper you can order a small swatch before ordering a product, to make sure you have a look and feel at colours and qualities. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, patterns, textures, images and product information texts for all our products that appear at the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your devices monitor's display of any color will be accurate.



Delivery

All products are shipped from our Studio in Stockholm. We usually process customer orders within 2-5 working days of your order being placed (weekend and Swedish national holidays excluded).


When your order is on its way it will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to multiple addresses.


Please note if you have ordered a combination of in stock items and items that are on backorder, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse once all items are back in stock. If you would like to receive items as they become available, contact us on contact@littlephant.com to settle any additional shipping charges.


Once your order is shipped, delivery usually takes between 2-5 business days within Europe, depending on the destination and delivery method. It can take longer if travelling across the world and being processed in customs, depending on your location.


In most case your order will be delivered to your carrier pick-up point contracted by the carriers we use. If you do not collect your package within 14 days, it will be returned to us and you will be responsible for all return delivery costs and fees.

Risk & ownership

The product(s) ordered will be at your risk from the time of delivery or collection (as the case may be). Ownership of the product(s) ordered will also pass to you on delivery or collection (as the case may be), provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received.
